Kindly send us an email giving details of cancellation, clearly mentioning your Transaction Id (7-digit Order Reference Number).

Before Shipment: Cancellation is done before shipment, the entire amount will be refunded.

After Shipment: Cancellation will not be done after shipment. After shipment you can refuse to accept the book from Postman while delivery through Indian Registered Post or return unopened in its original packing within 7 days of delivery. Kindly send an email requesting return and you would be required to send the book back to us by Indian Registered Post and send us an email giving details of dispatch clearly mentioning your Transaction Id (7-digit Order Reference Number). We will refund the amount after receipt of the book minus our original delivery charges. Refund may vary from 7 to 21 working days, depending on the issuing bank/payment processor to pass credit for the said refund.

Removal or reduction in order quantity will be governed by Cancellation Policy mentioned above.

You cannot increase the order quantity. You need to place a new order for additional requirement.
